Shipping Policy

We currently ship through USPS. We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs:

1. FREE Shipping: Available on orders over $75 (US only).

    

2. Flat Rate Shipping:

    

   • Orders ship on business days

   • During holidays, orders will ship on the next business day.

      

3. Priority Mail Shipping (USPS 1-3 business days):

    

   • Orders ship on the next business day.

   • USPS typically takes 1-3 business days to deliver packages.

      

4. International Shipping:

    

   • Contact us at Carol@CarolsPetCafe.com for arrangements.

   • Customers are responsible for understanding the customs laws and restrictions of the destination country.

Please provide a valid USPS address to avoid delivery delays.

Refund/Return Policy

Returns:

​

• The original sales receipt must accompany returns.

   

• We accept returns for exchange or refund within 7 calendar days after the delivery of the product.

   

• After 7 calendar days, we may offer an exchange or store credit at our sole discretion.

   

• Items must be in "new, unaltered, and unused condition." This means:

   

  • Without signs of wear or damage.

  • Returned within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.

  • Not a special or custom order.

  • Noted as returnable in the item description unless otherwise specified.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If an item is received damaged or incorrectly shipped, contact Customer Support immediately at 800-926-7344 or Carol@Carolspetcafe.com.

   

• Defective or incorrect items qualify for a refund upon inspection.

Restocking Fee:

​

• A 50% restocking fee applies for returned items that are opened, used, and no longer in "new, unused" condition.

Return Shipping Costs:

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs if we are not at fault.
