Tails from our founder
Hi, I'm Dr. Carol,
My journey into animal naturopathy began with a love for science and a deep connection to animals.
In 2001, my beloved cat Chicona and my other furry family members were struggling with health and behavioral issues.
Determined to help them, I dove into research and discovered the power of holistic animal care.
This personal experience led me to pursue a doctorate in Animal Naturopathy, combining my scientific background with natural healing methods for pets.
As a holistic animal health practitioner, I understand the challenges pet owners face. It's hard when our furry friends can't tell us what's wrong.
That's why I've dedicated my career to diagnosing and treating a wide range of pet health issues using natural, holistic approaches. From nutrition and herbal remedies to behavioral modifications and energy healing, I offer a comprehensive toolkit to help your pets live their healthiest, happiest lives.
When I'm not helping clients, you'll find me in my garden, taking long walks with my dogs, stacking wood, making sourdough bread and kefir, or stirring up another batch of homemade puppy food.
If you're seeking natural solutions for your pet's health concerns, I'm here to help. Let's work together to give your furry family members the vibrant, tail-wagging life they deserve!
What is holistic pet care?
As a Doctor of Animal Naturopathy (a system of therapy that uses the healing power of nature to restore vitality and wellbeing), I'm passionate about promoting the importance of holistic health for dogs and cats.
Here are some of the key reasons holistic health care matters for your pets:

-
Addresses Root Causes: Holistic health focuses on identifying and treating the underlying causes of health issues, rather than just masking symptoms.
-
Natural Solutions: Utilizing natural remedies, supplements, and therapies supports the body's innate healing processes without harmful side effects.
-
Prevention-Oriented: Holistic health emphasizes preventive care, helping to maintain optimal well-being and prevent future illnesses.
-
Enhanced Vitality: A balanced approach to diet, exercise, and mental stimulation ensures your pet remains vibrant and energetic.
-
Comprehensive Care: Holistic health considers the entire pet—mind, body, and spirit—providing a more complete and effective care plan.
By adopting a holistic approach, you can help your pets live healthier, happier lives naturally.
